Snow Goats

Photo opportunities are rare with the girls these days since they try not to get their fancy little feet cold and there is over two feet of snow in their pen… but I lured them out for a kodak moment this afternoon so that everyone can see their fluffy winter coats — and how much bigger they’ve gotten!

After I disturbed their ruminations, the goats looked a little confused ("Wait, it's not dinner time already..")

Minny and KABAJ don't want to venture out any further... Check out KABAJ's impressive horns and Minny's growing belly

 

Barnum and Fluffhead on the rock. Barnum has the fluffiest winter coat --note the chubby cheeks and pointy nose -- and Fluff's fur has almost covered her wattles!

The goats didn't want me to leave. KABAJ made it up onto the rock, Barnum is thinking about nibbling some of the twine, and check out Fluffhead's fat-meerkat pose!

Unlike the goats, the farm dogs love the snow:
