Adopt-a-Kid

Finishing up the goat shed has become the first priority here.  Our first kids will be coming from Fat Toad Farm in Brookfield, VT  (www.fattoadfarm.com) where I spend three days a week learning about goat husbandry, cheese and caramel making, and how to run a small dairy.  They have about twelve does due in early to mid June… although I will only be getting a few kids.  Check back within the next few weeks for baby goat updates.  If you’d like to name a baby, receive photo updates, and have a goat kid to come visit in Vermont, email us soon (at tangledrootsfarm@gmail.com) to Adopt-a-Kid for a small donation.

Hey Maeve! I”ll try to get my mom to adopt a kid. I’m on a goat farm right now in the Netherlands and its really cool. Good luck with the kids, the ones here are crazy. I heard that you might be getting an Alpaca as well? Let me know!
